As you've probably guessed, this combination of digits, you can determine whether your contribution is real and the payment of, or is it a fake.
As a rule, batch number spoofs that topic starter (investor, who created the theme of the project at the Forum). After all, to create a theme in most of the hyip forums you must prove that you personally have made contributions to this project. I.e. forbidden to call others to your project if you yourself find it unworthy of its contribution. But many users forums continue to stubbornly create new themes, knowingly failed projects, hoping to earn refskie.
